I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious upgraded rooms perfect for preparing for the week ahead and enjoying a lovely Sunday evening. The heating was great, and the excellent breakfast was a delightful touch. The service was generally good with a couple of improvements needed. The location was convenient, being on the outskirts of Cheltenham but still close to transportation. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, and the facilities met my expectations.
